Below are the terms and conditions for the Emirates Global Pay refer a friend incentive.
REFER A FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS
To benefit from this incentive you must refer a friend or relative to Emirates Global Pay either by the online form, via email or verbally to a Emirates Global Pay representative. The referred contact must then open an account with Emirates Global Pay and make a currency transfer of no less than £5,000 or the currency equivalent.
A referrer may refer as many friends or family members as they like, provided the referrer and referred contact do not reside at the same address.
The incentive is open to anyone over the age of 18 years of age other than employees of Emirates Global Pay and their close relatives and referring partners (affiliates and their employees and family and friends).
No responsibility can be accepted for referrals not received for whatever reason.
Emirates Global Pay reserves the right to cancel or amend the incentive and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Emirates Global Pay’s control. Any changes to the incentive will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Emirates Global Pay.
Emirates Global Pay is not responsible for inaccurate incentive details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this offer.
The referral reward is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The referral rewards are not transferable. Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Emirates Global Pay’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By referring a contact, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and that referral permission has been granted by said contact.
The incentive and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Information provided to Emirates Global Pay will be used in conjunction with the Emirates Global Pay Privacy Policy.
Emirates Global Pay shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Data Protection By entering into this incentive, you give Emirates Global Pay access to the personal information that you supply and you agree to allow Emirates Global Pay to store, process and deal with these details in order to administer the incentive and to notify the recipients. By completing the form, you agree that we may use your details to contact you with offers of other products or services that you might be interested in and that you have gained permission from said contact for Emirates Global Pay to use their details for marketing purposes.
