How the routing works
One rule, applied every time someone speaks
You pick the pair once
English and Arabic, or English and French. That choice sets the two languages for the whole conversation, so nothing has to be selected again mid-flow.
The language is detected, not assumed
Each turn is identified on its own. When your guest replies in Arabic after you spoke English, the direction turns around by itself.
