EGP UK AI Interpreter is made for hospitality, concierge and service teams in the UK who serve Arabic and French-speaking guests, and who need to be understood immediately rather than after a phone call to an agency.

The rule the platform runs on

• You choose one language pair: English and Arabic, or English and French.
• Each sentence is identified on its own, so the direction turns around automatically when the other person replies.
• English goes out as Arabic or French. Arabic or French comes back as British English.
• Anything outside your pair is brought into English rather than dropped.

Why the work happens on our server

Speech recognition runs on the server rather than in the browser. Browser speech support is inconsistent between devices and effectively unusable on some phones, which is exactly where a member of front-of-house staff is standing. Running it server-side means the same behaviour on a phone, a tablet and a desk machine.

Your team

Staff accounts are free and give access to the interpreter only. They cannot see customer records, enquiries or billing. Each member of staff gets their own sign-in with their business email, so you can suspend one person without affecting anyone else.
